Plastic injection moulding

Plastic injecting moulding as the original procedure currently takes place at DITTRICH+CO on 37 machines.
The department is equipped with contemporary injection moulding machines Arburg, Demag, Engel and Krauss-Maffei with closing forces of 500 kN to 13,000 kN. The injection moulding machines are set by our process engineers and run comprehensively in three shifts.

In order to guarantee the optimal surface quality of the injection moulding parts, four machines, which process glass-bright materials like PMMA, PC, PS and Galvano-ABS, are available in a separate, temperature-controlled room under high pressure.

By integrating all injection moulding machines with the production control system (PCS), all relevant data can be queried directly on the machine and from anywhere in the corporate network. Every shot on every machine is transmitted to the central computer and monitored.

Core competence plastic injection moulding

The plastic injection moulding machines produce formed parts in one or two-component injection moulding continuously 24 hours a day. Be it small series for machine engineering, large series for automotive or seals for the foods industry, the core competence and industry experience of DITTRICH+CO, which have grown since 1958, also enable you to integrate your product successfully in the effective product cycle within the shortest period of time.
We take care of finishing, assembly and logistics through to individual shipping to your end customer.

We will also be happy to produce and ship on time for you.  If you have any questions or would like a quotation, please contact Mr März, Project Management department.
